Use this form to request deletion of your House of Farmer customer app account and associated personal data.

What happens after you submit

1. We verify your identity using the registered mobile number or email.
2. Your account access is disabled after verification.
3. Personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g. invoices, tax, fraud prevention).
4. Active subscriptions and pending orders related to the account will be cancelled as part of this process.
